I am a Level 1 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, and what that really means for us is that we won’t just treat symptoms; we’ll get curious about the different parts of who you are. We all have those inner voices—the one that’s a perfectionist, the one that’s scared of being rejected, or the one that feels like it has to take care of everyone else. Instead of trying to "fix" or suppress these feelings, we’ll create a supportive space to understand why they’re there. I’m here to help you navigate the complexity of your human experience with a lot of kindness and zero judgment. My style is informal, deeply empathetic, and grounded. I bring my authentic self to our sessions, including a bit of humor and a lot of heart. We’ll work at your pace to help you feel more centered, less conflicted, and more at home in your own skin.
When I’m not in the office, you can catch me at a local work out studio lifting heavy weights, chasing my kids around, and like to say that exchanging recipes is my love language. I’m a human first and a therapist second, and I honor the courage it takes to show up for yourself. If you’re looking for a soft place to land and a partner to help you sort through life’s complexities, I’d love to connect. I am currently taking new clients ages 15-40 for both individual outpatient therapy and family therapy. My specialties include depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, gender and sexual identity exploration and gender affirming care, challenging family dynamics, and psychoeducation/exploration of neurodiverse identities.
