Jessica’s approach is person-centered and collaborative, and she believes that our well-being and ability to make meaningful change in our lives grows within trusting, authentic relationships. Jessica enjoys working with clients from early childhood through adulthood. She has a background in school psychology and has extensive experience working with children in partnership with their families and caregivers.

Jessica has expertise in the areas of neurodevelopment differences like attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism, learning disabilities, and developmental cognitive disabilities. She enjoys helping parents and other important adults in a child’s life better understand their child’s development and strengths, build upon the adult-child relationship, and support new patterns of connection and interaction.

Jessica draws on her training in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) and Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). She brings compassion and creativity to her work with children and adults

Jessica has interests in neuroscience and neurobiology as they relate to our experiences, and she prioritizes antiracism and cultural humility as values in her personal and professional life.

At this time, Jessica is offering in person and telehealth therapy sessions. She is also offering comprehensive psychological evaluations for children and adults, including evaluations for ADHD.
