Dr. Langer is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a range of presenting concerns with a particular interest in behavioral treatments for anxiety disorders and insomnia. She completed her graduate work at Washington University in St. Louis before returning to Minnesota where she completed her internship at Hennepin Healthcare, and her postdoctoral training at the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Hospital.

Dr. Langer has specialized training in a variety of evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. Dr. Langer believes in fostering a therapeutic environment that honors each individual’s unique identities and experiences including racial, gender, and sexual identities. Dr. Langer works with individual adults (ages 18 and up) and has extensive experience working with veterans, older adults, and trauma survivors.
