Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and taking that first step toward therapy is an important act of courage and resilience. I believe every individual has a unique and important story, and therapy offers a space to explore our experiences, recognize patterns we want to change, and build on the strengths we already have.
I work with adults and adolescents navigating a variety of challenges, with a particular focus on OCD and anxiety-related disorders. I help clients navigate intrusive thoughts, compulsions, avoidance, and uncertainty using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence-based treatment for OCD, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients respond differently to difficult thoughts and feelings and take meaningful action in alignment with their values. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and strength-based, integrating evidence-based treatments tailored to each individual's needs.
I also have experience working with trauma and PTSD, depression and other mood-related concerns, and substance use and recovery-related challenges. My clinical experience includes implementing Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy for PTSD and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I believe finding a therapist who feels like the right fit is important, and I invite you to reach out with any questions.
