Susy is a psychotherapist with a strong interest in blending neuroscience with compassionate care. She works with individuals 18 and up regarding Autism, ADHD, traumatic brain injuries/medical issues, and complex trauma. Susy also supports couples, using an attachment and schema-based approach to work through relationship challenges. As a social worker, she tailors her approach to fit each person’s needs, combining practical tools, meaningful insights, and the humor of daily life. Susy believes in the inherent strengths people possess, and is dedicated to empowering individuals to recognize how well they’re already doing, understand their emotions, and build resiliency in order to navigate life with greater ease.
